摘　　要：我国煤炭工业完全具有大型复杂系统的特征,它必然在我国国民经济建设和腾飞过程中占据重要的地位.分析论证了煤矿生产系统的可靠性、维修性有待提高,煤矿的安全可靠性问题急待研究.倡导在煤炭行业这个大型复杂系统积极开展RMS管理的研究.China coal industry has the characteristic of large complicated system, which is inevitable that the coal industry occupies the important position in economic construction and development. The paper demonstrates that the reliability and maintainability of the coalmine production system to need be raised, and the safety reliability problem of the coalmine to need be researched. In order to promote actively the management research of RMS （Reliability, Maintainability and Safety） in the coal industry of which a large complicated system is proposed.
