摘 要:碳纤维片材的剥离是抗弯加固钢筋混凝土梁经常会出现一种的早期破坏模式,这种破坏主要是由于片材端部或裂缝基部附近的界面剪应力与正应力造成的.通过16根碳纤维板材抗弯加固钢筋混凝土梁的试验,研究了纤维片材发生剥离区域的界面剪应力分布.研究结果表明:CFRP端部一定长度范围内的界面剪应力分布是不均匀的,端头最大,随着与CFRP端头距离的增加而降低;在跨中等弯矩区,受拉区垂直裂缝的发生,导致裂缝基部的CFRP与混凝土间产生界面剪应力而剥离,其剪应力分布类似于钢筋与混凝土之间的锚固粘结应力分布.Debonding of CFRP is a mainly premature failure of RC members strengthened by means of externally bonded plate, which is mainly due to both shear and normal stress induced in the plate -end or near crack . With the experiments of 16 RC beam strengthened with CFRP, the paper mainly studies the interracial shear stress distribution. The results of research show that the distribution of interracial shear stress within a certain distance away from the CFRP end was uneven, with maximum value at the end of plate and decreasing along the distance to the end of plate. In the constant moment region at midspan, vertical flexural cracks led to the debonding between CFRP and concrete substrate because of the interfacial shear stress, which distribution pattern was similar to that of bond - anchorage stress.
