摘 要:以制药工业的副产物邻硝基乙苯为原料,经四步反应合成出一种重要的4,4’-双马来酰亚胺基二苯甲烷(BDM)衍生物双(3-乙基-4-马来酰亚胺基苯)甲烷(BEDM)树脂,并采用FTIR和^1 HNMR证实了其化学结构。同时,对合成BEDM的关键中间体3,3’-二乙基-4,4’-二氨基二苯甲烷(DEDDM)的合成条件采用正交试验方法进行了优化。BEDM的熔点为203-204℃,高于BDM的熔点。与BDM相比,BEDM的溶解性显著改善,可溶于乙醇、氯仿、丙酮等沸点较低的溶剂。良好的溶解性使BEDM树脂具有较好的应用前景。Based on the concomitant product of pharmaceutical industry o-ethylnitrylbenzene, bis(3-ethyl-4-maleimidophenyl)methane (BEDM) resin, which is one of the major derivatives of the bis(4-maleimidophenyl)methane (BDM), was obtained via a four-step reaction. Chemical structure of the BEDM was confirmed by FTIR and 1 H NMR spectra. Melting point of the BEDM was detemained to be 203-204℃, which was higher than that of the BDM. Solubility of the BEDM was much improved as compared with that of the BDM. The BEDM dissolved in some solvents with lower boiling point, such as ethane, chloroform, acetone and etc, which presentd a good prospect to the application of the BEDM resin.
