摘 要:以3/4-氯代邻苯二甲酸酐为原料,镍络合物为催化体系,通过脱卤偶联法制备2,3,3’,4’-联苯四酸二酐(a-BPDA),并以其为单体通过两步法合成了联苯型聚酰亚胺(a-BPDA-PI)。采用核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)、红外光谱(IR)以及元素分析等对a-BPDA单体的结构进行表征;通过动态力学分析(DMA),热失重分析(TG)对a-BPDA-PI进行力学性能及热性能测试。结果表明:以Ni络合物作为催化体系的条件下,通过脱卤偶联法可以制得a-BPDA,用该单体制备的a-BPDA-PI具有良好的力学性能,其玻璃化转变温度(Tg)约为326℃,而失重5%的温度为550℃。The a-BPDA monomer was prepared though dehalogeno-coupled method, using 3/4-chlorophthalic anhydride as raw material, nickel complex as catalyst. The biphenyl Polyimide (a-BPDA-PI) was also synthesized by two-step method. The structure of a-BPDA was characterized by use of ^1H-NMR.IR and elemental analysis. Through dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) and thermal gravlmetric analysis (TG), mechanical property and thermal performance of a-BPDA-PI were tested. The experimental results indicated that under the condition of nickel complex as system, a-BPDA can be obtained by dehalogeno-coupled method, a-BPDA-PI prepared from this monomer had good mechnical property, the glass transition temperature (Tg) was about 326℃, the temperature of 5% thermal weight loss was 550℃.
