摘 要:^(131)Ⅰ-chTNT具有广谱的抗肿瘤功效。射频消融治疗利用高频震荡电流使组织局部温度升高而达到治疗肿瘤的目的,将射频消融用于^(131)Ⅰ-chTNT前对肿瘤病灶进行消融治疗,可以增加^(131)Ⅰ-chTNT的作用范围,提高疗效。文章介绍了肺癌射频消融术、^(131)Ⅰ-chTNT放射免疫治疗肺癌的研究现状和存在的问题及二者联合治疗晚期肺癌的展望。Iodine -131-labeled chimeric tumor necrosis treatment antibody(^131Ⅰ-chTNT) is useful to various tumors. Radiofrequence ablation produnces ionic agitation with the area to be treatment, resulting in the heating of neoplastic tissue using a radiofrequency generator, thereby destroying the tumor, If Radiofrequence ablation is fellowed by ^131Ⅰ-chTNT to ablate the tumor, the therapeutic region and effect of ^131Ⅰ-chTNT will be enlarged. The article introduces the present status of the research and the existing problems of therapy for lung cancer including RFA and ^131Ⅰ-chTNT radioimmunotherapy, the progress of combing the two methods for advanced lung cancer is also discussed in this review.
