摘　　要：色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎是一种良性的,但具有局部浸润倾向的罕见疾病,临床症状不典型。磁共振成像诊断的特异性较高,目前最佳的治疗手段为关节镜下滑膜切除术,一些学者主张术后行外放射治疗,或者行放射性滑膜切除术。现对该病的病因、病理、临床表现、影像学表现、关节镜下表现,关节镜下治疗,以及诊断和放射治疗等方面的进展予以综述。Pigmented Villonodular Synovitis is a benign orphan disease with trend of local infiltration. Its clinical manifestation is atypical. MRI has a relatively high diagnositic specificness. The most optimal therapy is synovectomy by arthrescope. Some scholars advocated radiotherapy after surgery or synoviorthese. This article reviews some progresses of this disease in many aspects, such as etiology, pathology, clinical manifestation, imaging, manifestation under arthroscope, arthroscopie therapy, diagnosis, radiotherapy and so on.
