摘　　要：膝关节内侧副韧带损伤在临床较常见,其治疗视损伤程度及类型而不同,近年来临床出现了一些新的治疗方法,取得了满意结果。文章简单地回顾膝关节内侧副韧带的解剖、功能、损伤机制、诊断与分类,然后对其治疗原则、治疗方法进行综述,并比较保守治疗与手术治疗。Injury of knee medial collateral ligament（MCL） was the common disease in clinic, Its therapy depends on the degree of injury and type. Many new methods in recent years have achieved satisfactory outcome in clinic. This article not only reviews MCL about its anatomy,function,injury mechanism,diagnosis and tying, therapeutic principle and therapeutic methods, but also compares the expectant treatment and operative therapy.
