无偿献血推行300mL血液采集的合理性探讨

摘　　要：目前,国内各级血站在推行无偿献血的过程中大多以采集200mL和400mL两个规格为主,青海省血液中心在2005年8月至2007年8月间每次采集献血员300mL血液,并对300mL血液采集的合法性、合理性及在无偿献血工作中的推广意义进行探讨分析,认为300mL血液采集合理合法,值得进一步推广,尤其在初次献血者中。At present most blood centers in China generally collect either 200mL or 400mL of blood from volunteer donators. However, Blood center of Qinghai province has gotten better effects in collecting volume from previous mentioned 200mL to 300mL and eventually to 400mL from August,2005 to Augnst,2007. Here, the authors discuss and analyze its lawfulness, validity, rationality and significance of generalizing the practice of collecting 300mL blood from donators, and we suggested that it should be reasonable and lawful to collect 300mL blood from donators, therefore, it is constructive and significant to generalize the practice, especially on the first time donator.
