摘　　要：扩散张量成像技术是一种新近应用于临床的具有无创性的磁共振成像方法,是目前唯一对活体大脑白质纤维走形的一种技术,可以直观的显示颅内病变与白质纤维之间的关系。本文就扩散张量成像技术的原理、扩散张量成像对颅脑肿瘤术前计划制定,以及对颅脑肿瘤、先天性胼胝体发育不全等多种疾病诊断价值的研究进展做一综述。Diffusion tensor imaging was a magnetic resonance imaging technique widely used in clinical experiences without invasion. It＇s the only technique to display the tracts of the white matter in the viva, and it can exhibit the relation between the lesion in the brain and the white matter. This article described the principle of the DTI and its usage in diagnosis of brain tumors,providing information before the operation of the brain tumor,and in diagnosis of the callosal agenesis.
