摘　　要：通过手工造型正交试验，筛选出对材质性能的显著影响因素和控制范围讲进行了验证试验。在高压适型线生产中，获得铸态条件下生产强韧性神花轿车球铁曲轴的生产工艺。The factors which obviously influenced the properties of materials and their range to be kept was found out by orthogonal experiment under manual moulding condition. The result was put into approval test. The production method of as-cast high strength and toughness ductile iron crankshaft for 'Shenlong' brand car with high pressure moulding line was finally determined.
