摘  要:测量了富营养化水体中13种浮游植物的活体三维荧光光谱和激发荧光光谱,通过光谱相似性原则将浮游植物分成3种光谱组,分析了光合色素组成与各光谱组三维荧光光谱特征的关系.选择梅尼小环藻、小球藻和铜绿微囊藻纯种培养体,配制10种不同浓度比例的浮游植物混合培养体,利用平行因子模型算法(PARAFAC)对混合培养体的三维荧光光谱进行了拟合,成功地区分了3种浮游植物组分.组分1(梅尼小环藻)、组分2(小球藻)和组分3(铜绿微囊藻)在模1上得分与其在混合样品中的实际相对浓度具有良好的线性关系,相关系数分别达到0.98222,0.97865和0.99788,证实了利用三维荧光光谱和PARAFAC模型分类测量浮游植物浓度的可行性.Three dimensional excitation-emission fluorescence spectra (3DEEM) and excitation fluorescence spectra of 13 kinds of phytoplankton cultures in eutrophied water were measured. The phytoplanktons were sorted to three kinds of spectral group through spectrum similarity principle. Relation between the composition of photosynthesis pigment and the three dimensional fluorescence spectrum characteristic of each spectral group was analyzed. Selecting pure cultures of cyclotella meneghiniana, chlorella vulgaris and microcystis aeruginosa, 10 kinds of phytoplankton mixed cultures with different concentration ratio were made up. The three dimensional fluorescence spectra of mixed cultures were fitted by PARAFAC model and three kinds of phytoplankton components were distinguished successfully. The PARAFAC scores on model 1 of component 1, component 2 and component 3 shows good linear relationships with the real relative concentrations of cyclotella meneghiniana, chlorella vulgaris and microcystis aeruginosa in mixed cultures respectively, the linear relative coefficients are 0.98222, 0.97865 and 0.99788, proving actually the feasibility of classified measuring phytoplankton concentration using three dimensional fluorescence spectrum and PARAFAC model.
