江苏盐城海岸带环境效应与产业调整定量研究

摘　　要：利用环境库兹涅茨曲线理论,对盐城海岸带经济增长的环境污染状况进行了研究,结果表明,选择化肥施用量、有效工业废水排放量、有效工业废气排放总量、人均SO2排放量、有效工业固体废弃物总量、农药使用量为盐城海岸带环境指标.进行三次曲线回归模拟效果较好.盐城海岸带环境综合污染指数的EKC曲线和化肥使用总量的EKC曲线呈现"倒U"型,并且处于"倒U"型曲线的左侧;有效工业固体废弃物排放总量、有效工业废气排放总量的EKC曲线呈现"U"型,可以看成是EKC曲线两个"倒U"型的组合.贡献率较大的第一主因子包括种植业、化工、建筑、皮革制造、纺织、冶金电镀等行业.With the economic model associated between economy and environment -Environmental Kuznets Curve Theory, the environmental pollution situation on Yancheng coastal zone was studied with economic growth. KEC of Yancheng was analyzed in the paper to study characteristics of relevance between industries structure and Environmental Kuznets Curve. Environmental indexes have chemical fertilizer, effective index of industrial wastewater emissions, effective index of industrial emissions, effective index of Per capita SO2 emission, effective index of industrial total solid waste, index of the use of pesticides. Result of third curve simulation model that y=a＋bx＋cx^2＋dx^3 performs better. EKC of Yancheng Coastal Zone environmental indicators show the diversity of inverted ＂U＂ - shaped feature. EKC of Yancheng Coastal Environmental Pollution Index and chemical fertilizer show ＂inverted U＂ curve, and in ＂inverted U＂ curve to the left, EKC of Per capita index of the use of pesticides show ＂U＂ ＋ ＂inverted U＂, while EKC of Chemical fertilizer Industrial total solid waste and Industrial emissions show ＂U＂ which may be as two curve ＂inverted U＂ - type combination. The first main factor of Yancheng coastal zone pollution index with larger contributions include planting industry, chemical industry, construction industry, the leather industry, textiles, metallurgy electroplating industry.
