摘 要:利用可视化人机交互优化方法对水稻插秧机曲柄摇杆分插机构进行了优化设计,在建立分插机构数学模型的基础上,编写了具有可视化效果的人机交互优化程序,分析了各变量对目标和约束的影响,进而优化出满足插秧运动要求的结构参数。结果表明:采用基于可视化的人机交互优化方法易于实现,且操作简单方便,提高了优化效率。With the method of human-computer interaction based on visualization, the optimization design of the separating-planting mechanism of rice transplanter was carried out. The mathematic model of the mechanism was established, and the optimization program with human-computer interaction based on visualization was compiled subsequently. Then, the influence of every parameter on the optimization object and restriction could be found out. Therefore, the mechanism's structural parameters, which satisfy the requirements of separating and planting seedlings, could be optimized easily through the interaction of human-computer. The results showed that this method was suitable, and it could improve the efficiency of optimization notably.
