摘 要:建立了基于功能-载体关系的概念设计产品模型。通过功能基建模来描述元功能和输入输出流,采用键合图描述输入输出流的动态行为属性,建立功能模型。采用无向图描述载体的层次结构,基于零件——联接器建立载体模型。提取产品的功能特征,包括元功能、流对象和关系约束,通过功能分解和载体映射生成设计方案。最后结合传动系统方案求解实例进行了说明和验证。The product model for conceptual design was built based on function- structure relation. Firstly, the function model was established, in which the meta-function and input/output flow were modeled with the functional basis approach, and the dynamic behavior of input/output flow was described with the language of bond graph. Secondly, the structure model was established based on component- connector relation, in which physical hierarchy was described with undirected graph. Functional features were extracted subsequently, which consist of meta-functlon, flow object and relational constraints. The design concepts were generated by the decomposition of function and mapping between function and structure. Finally, a design case of transmission system was given to demonstrate the proposed model.
