摘　　要：网络环境给高校图书馆信息资源建设带来了新的课题,通过对网络时代高校图书馆信息资源建设新变化和存在的问题的分析,提出了高校图书馆信息资源建设应遵循的原则和策略。In the library of institution of higher learning, the construction of information resource has to face many new subjects under the environment of network. The author gives the principle and tactics that have to be followed in the construction of information resource based on the analysis of the new changes and existed problems belonged to the construction of information resource in the network age.
