摘　　要：就高校图书馆学科馆员工作取得的成功经验及某些亟待要解决的主要问题作分析,提出学科馆员制度的实施应注重从务实、重质量、重效果等三方面建设和完善学科馆员制来思考。In the paper, the successful experience and the main problem of university library subject librarian are analyzed. Based on the analysis, reality quality efficiency and better ,subject libmrian system should be reinforced during the implement of the subjcet librarian system.
