胰岛素强化治疗初诊2型糖尿病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察胰岛素强化治疗初诊2型糖尿病患者的近期疗效。方法:选取41例初诊2型糖尿病患者,按自愿原则随机分为2组,A组给予常规降糖药物治疗,Β组给予胰岛素强化治疗,比较两组治疗前及治疗后2、4周的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(PG2h)、果糖胺(FA)、甘油三酯、总胆固醇水平的变化。结果:胰岛素强化治疗组在治疗后2周FPG、PG2h、FA下降优于口服药物组(P<0.01)。结论:胰岛素强化治疗能良好控制初诊2型糖尿病患者的血糖、血脂。Objective ：To evaluate the effect of short-term intensive insulin treatment on newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetes millitus. Methods：Forty-one newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetes millitus were randomly divided into group A and group B. Group A were given regular oral hypoglycemic, and group B received insulin intensive treatment. Fasting plasma glucose （FPG） ,2 hour postprandial glucose （PG2h） , fructosamine（ FA ） ,triglyceride （TG） and total cholesterol（ TC ） were observed and compared 2 and 4 weeks before and after treatment. Results ： After short-term intensive insulin treatment, the FPG, PG2h, FA of group B reduced significantly, compared with that of group A. The difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： Intensive insulin treatment can effectively control glucose, TG and TC in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes millitus.
