摘 要:介绍了四种基于试样注入和均匀混合的非流动注射分析法,包括自动微量滴定分析法、自动微量稀释法、自动微量显色法、自动微量溶剂萃取法。这些方法既具有流动注射分析法的试剂和试样消耗量少、测定简便快速的优点,又降低了气泡、试样粘度和流速变化对测定的影响,提高了滴定分析法的精度和溶剂萃取法的萃取效率。Four analytical methods based on automatic sample injection and homogeneous mixing are introduced, including miero- titration, miero - dilution, micro- photometry and miero - solvent extraction. They have some advantages similar to FLA, such as small Sample and reagent consumption, and rapid and convenient determination.But the main feature is that they can decrease the effects of air bubbles, sample viareity and flow rate fluctuation, and increase the precision of titration and the efficiency of solvent extraction.
