摘 要:内置式涡轮机构的转速特性是影响引信解除保险距离的关键因素。本文建立了一种用于弹道空气动压力模拟、检测弹头引信用内置式涡轮机构转速特性的试验系统。由气源的不同风压模拟引信在实际弹道上所承受的不同空气动压力,采用激光反射式转速测量方法实现涡轮机构转速变化规律的非接触测量。藉此,检测并研究了实际内置式涡轮机构的对应不同风速的转速特性。气动模拟试验结论与射击试验的结果吻合,为引信的设计提供了科学依据。The rotational speed characteristics of the inside turbine machinery is the key factor to relieving the safety device at a fixed distance for mechanical contact fuze. A test system for trajectory simulation, and measurement of the rotational speed characteristics of the turbine machinery is established in this paper. Using laser reflecting method, a non contact measurement system is achieved. By this way, the rotational speed to wind speed distributing regulation and the rotational speed to time distributing regulation are achieved. The test results are agree with the results of shooting practice, which provide scientific basis for the design of the mechnical contact fuze. This test system has significant value on the design of the mechnical contact fuze and on the supervision of the quality of all fuze products.
