摘 要:运用优化方法研究了液压系统污染控制问题,在考虑液压元件污染敏感性和过滤器纳垢量等约束的基础上,建立了典型液压系统过滤装置的运行成本优化模型.通过对假想事例的分析,阐述了该优化模型的具体应用方法,通过求解模型可以获得液压系统污染度的状态信息与系统过滤运行成本等的关系,从而对吸油路、压力回路及回油路是否需要安装过滤器以及何时更换或清洗滤芯做出最优决策.仿真研究表明:当污染物侵入/产生率较高时,系统的污染度较高,低精度的过滤器不能有效滤除污染物而保护敏感性元件,必须将高、低精度的过滤器结合起来使用,方能既满足液压元件污染物耐受度要求又能降低系统维护运行成本.An optimization method was firstly employed to study hydraulic contamination control in this research. By consideration of system constraints including contaminant sensitivity constraints of hydraulic components and filter's contaminant holding capacity constraints, an optimization model was developed to control the total operation cost of contamination control for typical hydraulic system and its application is realized through hypothetical case study. The relationship between the status infor- mation of hydraulic contamination and the total operation cost of filtration system is obtained through the solution of the optimization model, and then the optimization decisions are made on whether the filters are collocated in suction, pressure or return lines and when those filter elements should be replaced or cleaned in hydraulic system. Simulation results show that, when contaminant ingression/ generation rate lies in high level, system contamination would be serious. Obviously filter with low fineness can not remove effectively contaminant and safeguard sensitivity components. It is crucial to combine high- and low-fineness filters together to not only meet the requirement of contaminant endurance of hydraulic components and to reduce the total operation cost of hydraulic system also.
