摘　　要：内皮抑素是一种新的能强烈抑制血管形成的抑制因子,内皮抑素水平与肿瘤具有明显的相关性,其水平可以作为肿瘤的临床预后指标。内皮抑素的基因治疗与化疗、放疗、免疫治疗联合应用不仅显著增强其他治疗抗肿瘤效应,而且可减少其他治疗毒副反应,为肿瘤的抗血管生成治疗开辟了新途径。内皮抑素的临床研究在肿瘤防治中将有积极的意义。Endostatin is a new inhibitor factor which earl intensively inhibit angiogenesis.The level of endostatin is significantly related to tumor, which can be a prognostic indicator of tumor. The gene therapy combined with chemotherapy,radiotherapy or immunotherapy of endostatin can not only significantly enhance other anti-tumor treatment,but also reduce the toxicity of other treatment,which will open up a new way to antiangiogenesis therapy of tumors.The clinical studies of endostatin in prevention and treatment for tumors will have a positive significance.
