摘　　要：鉴于产甲烷古菌在环境和能源两大方面的特殊作用,对它的研究一直是微生物学研究的焦点之一。现代分子生物学技术的发展与应用,进一步推动了对产甲烷古菌的研究。本文将综述产甲烷古菌基因克隆研究进展以及几项有代表性的分子生物学技术在产甲烷古菌研究中的应用。In view of the fact that the Methanoarchaea has the special functions in the environment and energy aspect, its research has been one of focal points of microbiology research. The modern molecular biology technology＇s development and the applications further impelled Methanoarchaea research. This article summarized research development of gene cloning of Methanoarchaea, as well as several representative molecular biology techniques applied in the Methanoarchaea research
