摘 要:为了研究光纤喇曼放大器的阈值特性,首先由受激喇曼散射的耦合微分方程出发,采用数值模拟的方法,描述了光纤喇曼放大器中阈值的产生过程,给出阈值前后的仿真结果,强调阈值的重要性。然后在已有研究的基础上,考虑与实际情况相吻合,采用理论推导的方法,得到同向抽运和反向抽运光纤喇曼放大器的阈值公式。并且采用5种典型光纤的相应参数,对影响阈值的各参量进行了详细分析,抽运方式不同,阈值不同;同一种抽运方式中,各参量对阈值的影响也不同。结果表明,可以根据各个参量对阈值的不同影响来优化参量以降低阈值,对于如何提高光纤喇曼放大器的抽运效率以及光纤喇曼放大器的实验工作有一定的参考价值。To study theoretically the threshold characteristics of fibre Raman amplifier(FRA), at first, the course of FRA's threshold through the coupling equations of stimulated Raman scattering was presented and the numerical simulation results were given. Then, based on the study before, the theoretical expression of forward-pumped and backward-pumped FRA's threshold were obtained considering the practical factors and the effect of all parameters on the threshold was studied in detail under the condition of five typical kinds of fibres. The results are. threshold are different with different pumping ways and in the same pumping way, each parameter has different effects on threshold. Finally, conclusion has been got that the threshold of the amplifier can be reduced based on different effects of each parameter,which gives some advices for improving the pump efficiency and experiment work of the amplifier.
