低、高频超声在急性阑尾炎诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨低、高频超声在急性阑尾炎诊断中的应用价值。方法对100例患者先应用低频探头进行检查(其检查结果设为A1组),然后再用高频探头进行补充检查(为A2组);另97例先用高频探头检查(其结果为B1组),再用低频探头进行补充检查者(为B2组)。将超声检查结果与病理结果对照。结果仅应用低频超声诊断急性阑尾炎(A1组)符合率为65%,补充应用高频探头后(A2组),符合率为84%;仅用高频超声诊断急性急性阑尾炎(B1组)符合率为79.3%,补充应用低频探头后,符合率为85.6%(B 2组)。综合应用高频与低频探头诊断急性阑尾炎的诊断符合率(A 2、B2组)与应用单一探头(A1、B1)相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论低频与高频探头综合应用诊断急性阑尾炎可相互取长补短,明显提高超声诊断阑尾炎的符合率,可为临床治疗提供更多依据。Objective To study the application value of low - and - high frequency ultrasonography in acute appendicitis. Methods 197 cases of acute appendicitis were examined and diagnosed with adjuvant low - and - high frequency uhrasonography, the result of examination were divided into four groups ： there were 100 cases that everyone were examined and diagnosed with low frequency ultrasonography （ group A1 ）, and then they were examined and diagnosed with high frequency uhrasonographyag once more （ group A2 ）. There were 97 cases that everyone were examined and diagnosed with high frequency ultrasonography （ group B1 ）, and＇then they were examined and diagnosed with low frequency ultrasonography once more （group B2）. All these cases were verified by surgery and pathology. Results The diagnostic accurate rate of group A1, A2, B1 and B2 was 65% , 84% , 79.4% and 85.6%, repectively. There were significant difference among four groups in the diagnostic accurate rate （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Combined application low and high frequency ultrasonography can improve diagnostic accurate rate of acute appendicitis.
