摘　　要：根据输量降低时热油管道运行特性的变化,分析低输量对热油管道运行安全性的影响,找出低输量原油管道运行中的各项不稳定因素,并据此提出安全防护的措施,以保证低输量热油管道的安全运行。According to the change of long distance hot oil pipeline running when its throughput was declining, the effect of low - throughput on pipeline safety were analysed. Furthermore, the instability factors in low - throughput hot oil pipeline running were found out , and the safe measures for the pipeline running safety were put forward.
