摘　　要：申报流通图书馆是史量才先生在民国时期启蒙与救亡背景下创办的,旨在开启民智,救国兴邦,开创了报业与图书馆业相结合的先河。本文分析了申报流通图书馆的创办宗旨,研究了读者指导部的服务创新特色以及申报流通图书馆对推动文化教育事业发展的作用。Shen Daily Circulation Library was set up by Mr. Liangcai Shi in the. background of the enlightenment and national salvation in the period of the Republic of China. The aim of it is to save and vitalize the nation. It originated a precedent to combine news paper and library. The pioneering work has a distinctive age feature. In this paper, the tenet of originating Shen Daily Circulation Library is analyzed, the innovation service feature of the department of guiding reader is researched, and the function to promote the development of culture and education project of Shen Daily Circulation Library is presented.
