摘  要:目的了解山楂提取液的杀菌效果及其稳定性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验法对其进行了试验观察。结果用体积分数50%山楂提取液对红色毛癣菌和狗小孢子菌作用20min,平均杀灭率为97%以上;用体积分数25%山楂提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌作用5min,平均杀灭率达到99.9%以上。菌悬液内加入体积分数25%小牛血清,显示出对山楂提取液杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌效果有轻微影响。山楂提取液经54℃条件储存14d,对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率基本无变化。结论山楂提取液具有良好的杀菌效果,有机物对其杀菌效果有轻微影响,储存性能稳定。Objective To know the germicidal efficacy and stability of hawthorn fruit ( Fructus crataegi ) extract. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to carry out experimental observation. Results 50% (v/v) hawthorn fruit extract with a 20 min contact time killed over 97% in average of Trichophyton rubrum and Microsporon canis. 25% (v/v) hawthorn fruit extract with a 5 min contact time killed over 99. 9% in average of Staphylococcus aureus. Addition of 25% (v/v) calf serum to the bacterial suspension showed slight influence on the efficacy of hawthorn fruit extract in killingS, aureus. After storing at 54℃ for 14 d, the efficacy of the hawthorn fruit extract in killing S. aureus essentially not changed. Conclusions Hawthorn fruit extract has good germicidal efficacy. Organic substance slightly influences its germicidal efficacy. It is stable during storage.
