摘　　要：对科学技术的评判应包括真理评判、价值评判和美学评判。这3种评判相互关联,由此构成了科学技术的评判体系。为提高科技期刊的编审质量,编审人员必须在实践中贯彻这一评判体系,以体现科技期刊的人文关怀属性。The evaluation on science and technology must include the truth evaluation, value evaluation and aesthetic evaluation. These evaluations are interrelated and constitute the evaluation system for science and technology. For completely improving the editing quality of sci-tech journals, the editors must carry out this evaluation system in practiceto present the humanistic care of scitech journals.
