摘 要:基于特征线法理论,利用数值求解方法,结合实际,进行了回龙高扬程供水工程缓闭式蝶阀消除水锤的计算机仿真和现场测试研究,取得了二者相互吻合的结果,得出了缓闭式蝶阀消除水锤效果良好,可满足该供水工程安全运行的结论,从根本上消除了水锤消除器与逆止阀联合控制水锤引起的拒动作和实际运行中带来的高能耗的影响,对高扬程及长距离供水的安全生产意义重大。Based on the method of characteristics, with the methods of numerical value simulation and according to the factual situation, the computer simulation and spot test research on eliminating the water hammer effect by slow butterfly valve in Huilong high-lift water supply proiect have got a well-fit result. It shows that arrest has a good performance and can satisfy the safety of water supply project. Radically, slow butterfly valve eliminates the resist action caused by the control of combination of water hammer arrest and contrary stop valve and the influences on high cost of energy produced in practical operation. The research gives a profound influence on safe production of high-lift and long distance water supply.
