摘　　要：Token Paper Money of Zhonghuagemingjun is a kind of military money issued by Tongmenghui, during Xinhai Revolution period, which rarely mentioned in historical records. The paper reveals this paper money collected by a Japanese collector JIANG Shanglong, meanwhile, the related written documents were offered, and came to the conclusion that this kind of paper money had never been officially issued.
