摘  要:针对传统的组态软件只能实现二维(或伪三维)组态画面的现状,在自主研制的远程测控平台上,进行了虚拟现实在基于Web的远程测控系统中的研究。创建了适用于工业远程监控领域的三维场景式界面,进而提出并实现了模糊速度控制算法和循环距离检测算法。然后采用ActiveX技术实现三维场景和组态软件的无缝链接和动态数据交换,构成基于虚拟现实的远程测控界面。实验运行与实际应用均表明了研究成果的有效性。With the fact that current graphical user interface(GUI)technology used in commercial configuration software is mainly for 2D,or a pseudo-3D interface,a new 3D Virtual Reality(VR)user interface was studied and developed for a web-based remote monitoring&control platform in Shanghai University.For that interface,intelligent navigation control and collision detection algorithms was proposed and implemented,whereas the navigation control was based on fuzzified velocity,and the collision detection on circular distance.Furthermore,this interface was seamlessly embedded in the existing platform,and dynamic data exchange was implemented with ActiveX.The newly developed 3D VR interface with these new algorithms and technologies was tested with experimentation,and successfully applied in a steel company in China.
