高效液相色谱法测定银仙通肺宝颗粒中岩白菜素的含量

摘　　要：目的：应用高效液相色谱法测定银仙通肺宝中岩白菜素的含量。方法：色谱柱为Zorbax Eclipse XDB C18柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸（18：81：1），检测波长275nm，流速0．8mL／min。柱温30℃。结果：岩白菜素在0．43～2．15μg范围内呈良好的线性关系；平均加样回收率为98．33％；RSD为2．68％。结论：本方法检测快速，定量准确，重现性好，可用于岩白菜素的含量测定。Objective： To develop a HPLC method for determining bergeninum in Yinxian Tongfeibao granules. Methods： Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 column was used and methanol-water-acetlc acid glacial（ 18 ： 81 ： 1 ） was used as mobil phase,detection wavelegth was 275 nm, the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min, column temperature was 30℃. Results：There was a good linear relationship in the range of 0.43 -2.15μg, r = 0. 999 88. The average recovery was 98.33% with RSD = 2.68%. Conclusion： The method is rapid ,accurate and repeatable. It can be applied to an effective control of the quantity of Yinxian Tongfeibao granules.
