摘　　要：通过采用心理学、美学理论及哲学观点,讨论竞技体操美的因素:人体最充分、最自由的展示;青春活力;难、新、稳、美、影响力。研究认为:竞技体操是一项艺术性要求极强的运动项目。美是体操的灵魂,在竞技体操教学训练中应对学生或运动员从心、形、体方面重视美的培养。Based on the theories in psychology and esthetics as well as philosophy perspectives, the research discussed the effective factors in competitive gymnastics the best and fullest performance of bodies; youth vitality; difficulties; novelties; stabilities and influences. Competitive gymnastics is also thought to be a demanding sport of art with beauty as its soul. Thus more stress should be placed on students＂ or athletes＂ sense of beauty in daily training and practice mentally, and physically.
