摘　　要：居民住宅分为平房住宅和楼房住宅两类,分析其地址信息和空间结构特征,结合1∶500地形图要素得到本项调查的主要内容。根据住宅结构特点,提出了一整套住宅房屋结构调查的方法,并对可能遇到的问题及解决方案进行分析。介绍了调查数据内业处理的流程和方法,并得到数据加工结果。此项工作是在大比例尺基础上所做的更加详细的地理信息数据调查,使得地形图在更广泛的领域得到应用,促进空间信息的共享。The residential dwellings are classified into bungalows and storied houses. Combining with 1： 500 topographic map elements ,the investigation result was obtained after analyzing the address information and space data construction. A method for full set of dwelling house structure surveying was proposed according to several kinds of structure features,and the potential problems and corresponding solvents were analyzed. The processing flow and method of inventory data were introduced and the data processing result was gained. All of the more detailed data investigation works were carried out on basic of large scale topographic maps,therefore,it can promote geospatial information sharing and has widely application field.
