摘  要:研究了换能器性能参数与预应力的关系。测得了不同预应力下压电换能器的共振频率、反共振频率及等效电路参数,得出了这些参数值随预应力变化的规律,即随着预应力的增加,共振频率、反共振频率、静态电容和动态电容随之增大,当预应力达到一定值后不再随预应力变化而趋于稳定值;动态电感几乎不随预应力的变化而变化,始终保持为一定值。The relationship between the performance parameters and prestress of piezoelectric transducer was studied. Resonance frequency, anti-resonance frequency and equivalent electrical circuit parameters of piezoelectric transducer under corresponding prestress were measured. The relation between the performance parameters and the prestress is as follows: With increase of the prestress, resonance frequency, anti-resonance frequency, static electric capacity and dynamic electric capacity increase first and then tend towards stability when the prestress achieves certain value. Dynamic inductance hardly varies with the prestress and remains constant.
