摘 要:在田间条件下,对粒重不同大豆材料的籽粒物质积累动态研究结果表明:中小粒材料鼓粒速率呈慢-快-慢的单峰曲线,鼓粒速率峰值(5-8mg/d)出现在始粒期后20d左右,大粒材料鼓粒速率呈双峰曲线,峰值分别出现在始粒期后12,24d左右,并且第二个峰值(20-27mg/d)明显高于第一个峰值(12-18mg/d)。大粒材料的鼓粒速率明显大于小粒材料。大粒材料在籽粒鼓粒期间子粒有较低还原糖含量和较高的淀粉含量,在鼓粒前期大粒材料荚壳中淀粉含量明显高于中小粒材料。In the field conditions, dynamic analysis on the weight of the different soybean seed materials accumulation shows that the pod-filling velocity of middle-little seed materials took on a peak curved line of slow-quick-slow, peak value (5-8 mg/d. seed) appeared about 20 d at R5, the pod-filling speed of big seed materials took on couple peak curved line, peak value appeared about 12, 24 d after R5,moreover the second peak value (20-27 mg/d. seed) was obviously higher than the first one (12-18 mg/d. seed). The pod-filling speed of big seed materials was visibly greater than that of middle-little material. Big seed materials have lower reducing sugar content and higher starch content at pod-filling stage, starchy content of big seed materials was obviously higher than that of middle-little seed in pod at R5.
