直接数字化双能量减影在肺结核结节诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:评价双能量减影在肺结核结节诊断中的应用价值。方法:收集64例肺结核结节患者的直接数字化(DDR,通常简称DR)胸片及双能量减影(DES)片,然后对每一病例的DES图像和原始DR图像的病灶显示率及定性诊断价值方面进行比较。结果:双能量减影在发现结核结节数目、结节钙化、卫星病灶、纤维化病灶方面显著优于原始DR图像,同时减少了误诊及漏诊。结论:DES是普通胸片DR检查有益的补充。Objective：To evaluate the value in detecting pulmonary tubercle （PT） on dual-energy subtraction （DES） with direct digital radiography （DDR）. Methods ：There were 64 cases of pulmonary tubercle on DR chest imaging and dual energy subtraction imaging. The DES images were compared with regular DR imagesin the rate of lesion detecting and in the value of qualitative diagnosis. Results ：DES was significantly superior to regular DR images in detecting the number of PT,the calcification of PT,the surrounding lesion of PT and the fibroid lesion, while DES reduce the mistake and failing in diagnose. Conclusion：DES may be considered as the supplement regular chest DR.
