摘　　要：节水型社会建设是促进社会可持续发展和构建和谐社会的重大战略措施之一。根据沈阳市水资源状况和水资源开发利用中存在的一系列问题,提出沈阳市节水型社会建设的目标、内容和保障措施。Water- saving society construction is one of the important strategic measures promoting the sustainable development of society and the building of harmonious society. Based on the water resource condition and a series of water resource development issues in Shenyang, the report discusses the object of water- saving society construction, content and guarantee steps.
