摘　　要：中国明胶协会考察团参观了美国最大的明胶生产企业—伊士曼明胶公司的生产线和科研机构,并与其上层管理人员交流了经营管理经验。据此,对比我国明胶工业的实际情况,提出了发展我国明胶工业的方向和措施。A delegation of Chinese Association of Gelatin Manufacturers had visited the biggest manufacturer of gelatin in the US-Eastman Gelatin Corp. ,including its production line and research institution, and interchanged management experiences with its top staffs. On this basis, CAGM compared and analized the practical situation of Chinese gelatin manufacture, and proposed targets and measures for its future development.
