摘　　要：核因子B(NF-B)是普遍存在的真核细胞转录因子,参与多种细胞因子、黏附分子、免疫受体、急性时相蛋白、应激应答等转录过程。NF-B对肝缺血再灌注损伤的早期炎性反应、肝细胞凋亡均有重要作用,并且以NF-B为靶点的防治研究已成为热点。本文就NF-B的生物学特性、在肝缺血再灌注损伤中的作用及以其为靶点的防治进展进行综述。Nuclear factor-B is a eucaryotie transcription factor that exists in virtually all cells and particpates in the transcription of nnumerous cytokines, cell adhesion molecules, immune-acceptors, acute phase response proteins,and stress response genes.NF-B plays an essential role in the earlier period inflammatory reaction and apoptosis in ischemia-reperfusion injury of the liver. The prevention and therapy tinging on NF-B have become warm spots.This article reviewed the bionomics and functions of NF-B,and the progresses of prevention and therapy method targeting on NF-B in ischemia-reperfusion injury of the liver.
