摘　　要：高尿酸血症是一种嘌呤代谢障碍性疾病,其与代谢综合征(MS)的许多组分如肥胖、高血压、血脂异常、高血糖症及胰岛素抵抗等密切相关,并已成为MS的一个组分。国际糖尿病联盟在MS的诊断标准中将腹围作为主要诊断条件,提示内脏脂肪蓄积引起脂肪细胞分泌脂性因子异常造成的神经体液免疫紊乱可能是高尿酸血症以及MS共同的病理生理学基础。Hyperuricemia is a kind of diease caused by purine dysmetabolism,which is closely related to many components of MS, such as obesity, hypertension,, dyslipidemiaa, hyperglucemia, insulin resistance and so on and has become one component of MS. Diagnostic standard of MS by intemational diabetes federation makes the waist circumference as the main diagnostic condition, which showed that neurohumor immunological disorder resulting from abnormality of lipid factors secreted by lipocyte in accumulated fat of internal organs maybe the common pathophysiological basis of Ms and hyperuricemia.
