摘　　要：中国传统法律文化的去向在何方,是坚持文化的本土主义、全盘西化、还是中西调和?本文主要立足于中国传统法律文化的延续及发展的现状,从纵横两个维度上论述传统法律文化的两个向度,即横向——全球化的挑战、纵向——现代化的拉动,从而提出了中国传统法律文化在纵横两个维度的再造问题。How will Chinese traditional law culture develop？ To adhere to the native culture or to be completely westernized, or to reconcile Chinese culture and Western culture？ This paper,based on the situation of the continuity and development of Chinese traditional law culture, makes a two-dimensional exposition about it, namely, the horizontal dimension challenges of globalization and the vertical dimension stimulation of modernization, and then, proposes that Chinese traditional law culture needs recreating from two dimensions.
