强磁场下电磁振荡对Al-4.5%Cu合金凝固组织的影响

摘  要:同时施加静磁场和交变电流后,Al—4.5晶粒的细化程度随电流的增大而增加,随磁场增加先增加后略有降低.XRD结果表明,施加磁场后,晶粒的〈111〉晶向沿磁场方向取向.晶粒取向度随晶粒的增大而降低.从球形颗粒旋转取向和颗粒迁移角度推导了晶体粒径和取向的关系.Under electromagnetic vibration with a strong magnetic field the morphology of α-Al in the solidified structure of hypoeutectic Al-4.5%Cu alloy was transferred from coarse dendrite to refined spheroid. At a constant magnetic flux density, the size of grains was decreased significantly with increasing current density. While at a constant current density, the refinement was increased firstly and then diminished appreciably with increasing magnetic flux density. XRD indicated that the (111) direction of refining grains were oriented towards the magnetic field direction. The orientation degree was increased with decreasing grain size. The relation between orientation and grain size was analyzed from crystal orientation and migration theory.
