浅谈农业发展新阶段的特点与农民收入问题

摘　　要：我国是农业人口大国,"三农"问题直接影响到我国经济的发展速度。"三农"问题的核心是农民问题,而农民问题的核心是农民增收。通过农民收入的提高,推进我国农业的发展,促进农村市场的消费,进而推动我国经济的快速增长。本文对农民的收入现状、制约农民增收的因素进行了分析,在此基础上,提出了增加农民收入的相应对策。In China, there are so many farmers, thus the issues related to agriculture, rural areas and farmers have a dh＇ect impact on the economic development. The most important part of the issues related to agriculture, rural areas and farmers is the problems of the farmers, the core of which is to increase rural incomes. By increasing ru- ral incomes we can improve the agricultural development and expand rural consumption, hence the rapid economic growth. The article analyses the state of the n.tral incomes and the factors restricting the growth of the income. On the basis of the above, the writers put forward some corresponding tactics.
