韶钢民用焦炉煤气脱硫工艺的改进

摘　　要：提出焦炉煤气二段干法脱硫方法,一段采用价廉易得的转炉污泥脱硫剂去除90%以上的硫化氢,二段采用TG系列高效成型脱硫剂。运行结果表明:二段工艺运行稳定,出口煤气H2S含量小于10 mg/m3。The two-stage dry desuifurization process tor coke overt gas tavv A cheap desulphurizer for converter sludge can remove over 90% hydrogen sulphide in the first stage and TG series high-efficiency molding desulphurizers are used in the second stage. The practice shows that there is stable operation in the second stage process and H^S content in discharged gas is less than 10 mg/m^3.
