摘  要:为了有效解决冷轧含浓油及乳化液废水化学稳定性好、水质指标变化幅度大、来水量不均衡、处理极其困难等问题,邯钢冷轧废水处理站采用了高性能磁力滚式纸袋过滤机+陶瓷膜超滤+接触生物氧化+斜板沉淀+活性炭过滤的工艺,同时在实际的生产实践中,又采取了大量的工艺改进措施,出水合格率达到了98%以上,不但提高了单位处理水量,而且大大降低了生产成本。There were some problems in treating cold rolling waste water containing thick oil and emulsion due to good chemical stability, large range of variation of water index and uneven water amount. To effectively solve the above problems, the cold rolling waste water disposal station of Handan Iron & Steel Group Co,, Ltd. used the process of magnetic force rolling paper bag filter with high performance + ceramic film ultrafiltration + contact biological oxidation + sloping plate settlement + active carbon filter. In actual production practice, a great number of improved measures for the process were used. Qualified rate of drained water reached over 98%. It not only increased unit treating water amount, but also decreased production cost greatly.
