摘　　要：简介莱钢科学的应用炉底烧蚀诊断系统改进生产操作方法,延长高炉的寿命,提高高炉炼铁的效率情况。通过IFIX与VB混合编程,开发出界面好、数据处理能力强的应用软件,实现了高炉炉底侵蚀的可视化。这对高炉操作者分析、判断与调节炉况有很大帮助。This paper introduces Laiwu steel science application BF bottom erosion diagnosis system improve production operation method,lengthens the life of the blast furnace,enhances the blast furnace iron-smelting the efficiency situation. Using IFIX and VB program,the software with friendly interfaces and powerful. The analogue of blast furnance heahh and visibility of surface are implemented through the software.It will help BF operators to analyze,and control BF condition very much.
