摘　　要：通过对558例HIV/AIDS患者舌象(包括舌色、舌形、舌态、苔色、苔质、舌苔位置等)的横断面研究及其与CD4+T淋巴细胞计数关系的初步探讨,以期阐明艾滋病病邪的性质、病机特点、经有偿供血感染HIV/AIDS患者的常见舌象、抗病毒化学药物对舌象的影响以及舌象与不同阶段的CD4+T淋巴细胞计数的关系,为艾滋病的中医辨证治疗、判断转归预后及治疗时机的把握提供参考。In accordance with the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）, to explore the nature of AIDS disease by TCM, the common types of tongue with AIDS patients due to transmitted by commercial blood donor in Henan province, the influential effect of the change of tongue by anti- HIV therapy （HAART）, and the relationship between tongue figure and development of AIDS, through observation on tongue figure of 558 cases with AIDS patients and the relationship between tongue figure and CD4^＋ T lymph cell values, which would be helpful for the diagnosis, prognosis and clinical treatment.
