摘　　要：产业联动是以产业关联为基础,位于产业链同一环节或不同环节的企业为了降低交易费用,减少经营风险而进行的产业协作活动。产业联动战略的实施对促进西部能源工业可持续发展、实现东部能源可持续供给具有重要意义,并且西部能源及相关产业的联动发展具备技术条件、资源条件和良好的政策环境。Industry Linkage is that in order to reduce transaction costs and operational risks,the enterprises that is in the same or different links of the industry chain,conduct industrial collaborative activities.The paper argues that the implementation of Industrial linkage strategy will have important significance for promoting the sustainable development of western energy industry and the realization of sustainable energy supply of the eastern area.It also offers that the joint development of the energy and related industries in the western region has technology and resource conditions,and favorable policy environment.
