摘　　要：纵观图书馆事业发达国家之经验,图书馆法是图书馆事业健康发展的重要保障.迄今为止,许多国家都拥有国家图书馆法。对我国国家图书馆法立法缓慢的原因进行分析,并提出了一些对策。Looking over the experience of countries which have developed library causes.Library law is an important guarantee for the healthy development of library cause.Many countries have produced national library law so far.This paper analyses the reasons for the slow legislation of national library law of China and gives some suggestions.
